Great facilities, attentive service!

I found several pools and water slides for both adults and children. Daytime activities were varied and evening shows had music. These provided ongoing entertainment. I found the premises to be clean. The staff cleaned my room daily. The room even had different towel animals daily.
The hotel did not provide soya milk even upon request. I did find this inconvenient since it is a common dietary need. I hope this is fixed soon so people can enjoy coffee or tea as they like.

The food offered a great variety daily and everything was well prepared. I saw the food was delicious every day, and many options were available. I believe everyone could find something they liked.

The hotel provided a shuttle service because it did not have direct beach access. The drivers were punctual, and the bus ran frequently. I noticed the schedule to be very helpful. The hotel is easily accessible.

The hotel rooms are spacious. I liked that. daily cleaning service was available upon request. the restaurants were large enough and offered varied food options. This was convenient. the food was generally delicious.
The double room was quite basic for a family. there were only two sockets in the room. It was inconvenient to charge devices. the bathroom lacked body wash. I always bring my own though.

i was happy to find the resort grounds beautiful. pools are numerous and clean. the food choice included several restaurants and buffets. i found the variety good, with something for everyone. the hotel also gave access to the sister hotel, with its own water park.
my only issue concerned the small glasses. drinks are served in small glasses. this meant frequent trips to the bar. larger glasses would reduce wait times.

my beautiful triple room was spacious and clean , and it had a balcony that overlooked one of the many pools. the beds were large , and i appreciated the daily towel art. housekeeping was polite and efficient.

I found the water park quite thrilling. The slides kept us entertained for hours. the variety of pools was lovely. I especially liked the wave pool. i noticed the diligent lifeguards. They were always attentive to everyone's safety. the resort's grounds are beautiful, i saw many vibrant flowers adding a touch of romance to our stay.
i will say, locating certain amenities initially was a bit tricky.. a more detailed map upon arrival could enhance the experience.

i noticed the staff maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the entire resort. many staff members were friendly and helpful and always available to assist with inquiries or requests. lifeguards are consistently present at all pools ensuring safety for all guests.

the team was wonderful . mr ahmed hussein and sherif from the reception always assisted us with warm smiles. mohamed eid from housekeeping. we had full access to the nearby aqua park hotel , it boasts the most attractive, thrilling water attractions for all ages.
the lifeguard. i lost count of the times i walked to a slide with my eldest. he was told no , he's too small, or too young , even if he was tall enough. the managers eventually overruled them but then said he could go on once. this was literally every single day

the hotel's location is convenient with free access to a nearby aqua park hotel. the aqua park hotel features a variety of attractive water attractions perfect for all ages. a short walk is required to get there , but it makes it an easy and fun experience.

there was plenty of choice at meal times , so i never went hungry. restaurants are always open in some part of the resort , a great convenience. dining staff consistently presented fresh options , and they are constantly cleaning dining areas.

staff are attentive and very willing to help. the reception team addressed our questions and concerns with kindness and professionalism. some staff , like ahmed near the wave pool , were excellent , even taking our towels and setting them back out.

The staff was helpful all the time, I cannot deny that.
The food options felt limited. Every day, the dishes were very similar. The gym did not have enough equipment and the machinery looks old.
